It has not really been a week that you think of when you hear the word Spring Break.
We have had rain all week (which we really needed), but on top of that the inside of Luke's mouth is covered in ulcers. These two pictures are much calmer than he has been during the week, but doesn't he look so sweet. Even with the rain and the sickness, I have enjoyed being at home with him.

Is Luke a junkie?
If your centerpiece for your coffee table is an Easter egg shaped bowl that has managed to be filled with pacifiers, then YES!

In Case I Ever Forget
I usually cook supper before Les gets home. Needless to say its not a 7 course meal, but it's a meal. I might be able to cook a little better of a meal, if this is not what I had to deal with every evening. I just had to get these pictures and from my perspective, JUST IN CASE I ever forget ( I seriously doubt I will) hahaha!
Food Finally and all is well...

I have been so slack or I like to call it busy
I guess I will try to get back on track by doing a simple recap of my weekend.
As many of you know, Les and I (plus our wonderful family members) completed A LOT of work on our house right before and after we got married. As most newly weds go, Les and I did not have a lot of free money floating around. Therefore, when it got time to buy appliances, the cheaper the better. Les and I made a trip to Sears Outlet store in Jacksonville and made a couple of purchases. One of them being a dishwasher for $88. Well after almost 3 yrs of at least one load of dishes per day, it finely said enough was enough. I cant complain though, 3 years of service for less than $100. Not to bad of a deal!
Saturday we headed off to buy another one from Sears Outlet. Thank the Lord though we were able to spend a little more than $88 this time. I hope this purchase works out as well as the last one did for us.
My favorite purchase of the weekend! A canopy, table and chairs for the back yard. I can't wait to spend many of evenings out here!!
Well before I could get my pictures posted to my post, a nice thunderstorm blew our way. We enjoyed one dinner under it. Needless to say my wonderful husband has some work ahead of him.
Looking back at the weekend, I have to say spending money was the theme. Good thing Les and I are back at work today!!

Laundry Piled High
Why can I not keep my laundry under control?? I wash, dry, fold, and..............ahhh there is the problem. It takes forever for them to get put away. Why does the putting up of laundry seem so horrible, when it's the job at hand? How do you keep your laundry under control? Do you have a schedule you follow or is it just always crazy like it is at my house?
